Return Policy

All returns MUST be accompanied with a sales receipt.  Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  Refunds for items returned after fourteen days of the date of purchase will be issued on a gift card.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All sales on tasers, taser accessories, firearms, earpieces/ear plugs, and ammunition and clearance items are final! 

Returns on all special ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special ordered items require a 50% deposit when placing the order.  If a special order is cancelled, then a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund.  Background checks are non-refundable. 

All internet returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.  Extreme Products does not warranty items damaged from misuse, abuse or wear and tear.  Extreme Products reserves the right to deny any refund/return item and reserves the right to issue a credit on any and all items.  Once an item(s) have been returned and it is determined that the damage is due to misuse, abuse or wear and tear, Extreme Products LLC reserves the right to deny any and all claims to refund.  In this case the product(s) will be returned to the customer via shipment of our choice.
